SEA AND YOU

This is one of my favorite spots in the entire Fukuoka. This is a seashore of the Sea of Japan. As we know that Japan is an Island country so we can easily spot seashores all across it. 

This place in particular is just about 15 minutes away from my university. I like walking along the shore since it is so beautiful and convenient.  I like being with this sea, all by myself. My silence complements the silence of the Sea and I love that about nature. I feel so full in my heart when I am here. This place gives me my solitude in all its glory. The beach is serene, not crowded, and very clean. I saw beaches for the first time in my life in Japan and this seashore feels like God's gift. 

God!! You beauty!!

Was passing by this beach yesterday and thought of these lines. Love just keeps happening to me, in various forms, with various things, and with life in general. With cats, dogs, friends, nature, sea, professors, food, songs, cities, country., etc. 

I look at the sea

And I appreciate it from a distance

For I am scared of deep waters

I look at my lover

And I love from a distance

For I am scared of love

Maybe I am neither afraid of the deep waters nor love

Maybe I am only afraid of drowning
